Role & responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage salary processing and payroll administration.
  • Maintain employee attendance records.
  • Handle ESIC and PF filing for all employees (150 pax).
  • Plan staff activities and ensure discipline within the organization.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property maintenance and factory administration.
  • Manage work contractors and vendors.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily operational activities.
  • Handle petty cash transactions.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Ensure timely repair and maintenance of factory equipment.

Tally & Data Entry Responsibilities:

  • Perform Tally entries related to accounts and finance.
  • Manage MS Excel data entry and report generation.
  • Maintain accurate records in digital and physical formats.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in an industrial firm is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of ESIC and PF monthly submission.
  • Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple administrative and HR functions efficiently.
