Role & responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage salary processing and payroll administration.
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Handle ESIC and PF filing for all employees (150 pax).
- Plan staff activities and ensure discipline within the organization.
Admin Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance and factory administration.
- Manage work contractors and vendors.
- Plan, organize, and manage daily operational activities.
- Handle petty cash transactions.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of factory equipment.
Tally & Data Entry Responsibilities:
- Perform Tally entries related to accounts and finance.
- Manage MS Excel data entry and report generation.
- Maintain accurate records in digital and physical formats.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in an industrial firm is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
- Strong knowledge of ESIC and PF monthly submission.
- Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple administrative and HR functions efficiently.
